He received many training in career assessment, case/time management, disability sensitivity, adaptive technology, low vision rehabilitation, organizational transition, personal and professional development training. James was the go to person that his supervisor call on to help manage office conflicts. He had the opportunities to provide career assessment, guidance and counseling, assistance with job placement and case management services.
