I am a HCPC accredited Counselling Psychologist who has over have eight years of experience in mental health and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents and adults. My prior experience and education have provided me with the opportunity to continuously develop my skills and integrate a variety of modalities and methods to foster a safe and primarily client-led space. I am passionate about supporting racialised and marginalised individuals and as such utilise a holistic approach that critically considers the effects of systemic and intersectional factors on an individual’s life experiences. My aim is to provide a validating space whereby an individual feels heard while also being reminded of the innate tools they possess to manage life challenges. Ultimately, I continue to uphold and be guided by the principles and values of advocacy and social justice in both my personal and professional lives.
