I have recently accepted a new role as our Director of Leadership and Development (CLD). In this role, I work with our team of facilitators, provide additional research, correlate closely with our certified leadership advisors, and facilitate and advise our enterprise clients on how we can help them gain success in L&D. I also head up a team of facilitators who make every leadership opportunity count for the business who are seeking substantial growth in their employee retention.I still work closely with our Fortune 500 and 1000 Enterprise partners and help them to grow their leadership teams. I also build additional curriculum that helps those connect and engage with others more effectively.

These courses include focuses on Prioritizing Time Effectively, Expanding the Sphere of Influence, Strategic Negotiation Skills, The Art of Effective Presentations and much more. These are high-level courses that drill deeply into theories, application, and current situational approaches toward these specific Certified as a Microsoft Office Suite - Master level trainer, as every possible exam has been passed. My role with RB Retail and Service Solutions involves overseeing the entire client training process from start to finish. I still provide high-quality training sessions to clients who use Point of Sale (POS) and Business Management Software (BMS) to fit their everyday business needs, but I am now in charge of developing and executing go-live plans with them.
