This start-up corporation is a 501-C3 that provides a variety of consulting, mentoring, and informational exchange services designed to assist organizations and the elimination of the achievement, unemployment, incarceration, and entrepreneurial gaps suffered by Black men when compared to other gender and racial groups. Current projects include dissertation and Black Male school leadership mentoring.
