I have over 40 years of CEO/CAO/Teaching experience in leading and transforming academic and student affairs at seven colleges and universities. I am passionate about promoting liberal arts education, fostering student learning communities, and enhancing first-year programs to improve student success and retention.I also have a strong administrative background in enrollment growth, tuition discounting, and philanthropy, having secured multiple grants and donations to support an institution's mission and vision. My research interests include instructional improvement, positive psychology, and the psychology of religion. I have published and presented on these and other topics in various refereed forums.
