• Official designee for the Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer with direct responsibilities for ten campus administrative units, including: Division of Public Safety, Enrollment Management, Finance and Business Strategy, Health and Wellness Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Infrastructure and Sustainability, Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance, Strategic Communications and Relations, as well as University Council• Chief Compliance Officer with direct oversight of the Office of Compliance, Ethics, and Policy, which serves as the campus expert on matters related to federal, state, and System requirements and practices.• Created and directly oversee the Office of Strategic Initiatives, which is designed to provide support for executive leadership in implementing vision using project management, change management, assessment, and fiscal resiliency.

With the departure of senior leadership in the Division of Enrollment Management, I was asked to step into the Chief Enrollment Officer role to assess the current state of the Division, recommend short term and longer-term strategies, and to create a sustainable approach to cross-campus collaboration before recruiting a new leader. In this role, I successfully led to completion:• The expansion of the CU Promise, which allows for any family with an annual income of less than $85,000 to receive tuition, fees, and housing through scholarships from the University.• Organizational Assessment of the Division with actionable steps taken in the areas of compensation, position management, hiring processes, career pathways, and development/training• Launched a Strategic Enrollment Management plan with the goals of a five-year plan that includes a gap analysis, assessment, and coordinated resources and initiatives• Developed communities of practice that allow for transparent communication, information dissemination and data-driven decisions including setting enrollment targets, coordinated timelines, and initiatives around yield

• Strategic Advisor to the Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer and the leadership of the Strategic Resources and Support (SRS) Team, which includes the Division of Public Safety, Enrollment Management, Finance and Business Strategy, Health and Wellness Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Infrastructure and Sustainability, Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance, Strategic Communications and Relations, as well as University Council• Thought partner, visionary, and implementor to the EVC- COO in order to establish strategic priorities while serving as a knowledgeable and trusted intermediary within the team • Coordinate and identify metrics of success for the execution of strategic initiatives and ensures their alignment with campus mission, vision, and goals.• Create a strong internal and external brand for the EVC-COO that includes leadership development, communication strategies, external relationship management, and cross-campus collaboration• Serve as a confidant for the Chancellor and Provost as part of a small, internal group of six focused on leading the University’s day-to-day operations as well as future planning• Actively engage with the Chancellor’s Cabinet, Shared Governance, University Executive Leadership Team, as well as Campus Leadership meetings to provide direction, resources, and remove barriers

• Provide executive leadership and management for over 350 professional staff and approximately 350 paraprofessional staff members including clinical providers• Responsible for the supervision and performance of Health and Wellness Services, which includes the newly established Accommodated Testing Center and the inclusion of Disability Services to the existing mental and physical health services• Manage a portfolio of approximately $40m with various funding sources including auxiliary, grant and gifts• Serve on the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Cabinet as a senior leader and strategic thought partnerAdditional Responsibilities (August 2020-November 2021)• Lead the Pandemic Response Office and all public health efforts in response to the COVID -19 pandemic• Serve on the Strategic Resources and Support leadership team as a senior leader and strategic thought partner representing Health and WellnessAdditional Responsibilities (August 2019-February 2020)• Oversee Crisis Services, including chairing the Students of Concern Team, managing the Student Support and Case Management staff and operations as well as the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution• In collaboration with the Behavioral Intervention Team, create and implement protocols and training for a campus-wide approach to threat assessment and response.

• Provide executive leadership and management for over 300 professional staff and approximately 350 paraprofessional staff members including clinical providers• Create a vision and strategic plan for an integrated model of holistic wellness for the campus that included the assessment and evaluation of current service and offerings, research of other peer institutions and site visits, and the development of a new organizational infrastructure for serving approximately 35,000 undergraduate and graduate students• Responsible for the supervision and performance of Health and Wellness Services, which includes the following departments: Administrative Services, Collegiate Recovery Center, Counseling and Psychiatric Services, Health Promotion, Medical Services, Office of Victim Assistance, and Recreation Services• Directly supervise the operations of Career Services and creating an assessment and formal review of offerings, services and outcomes• Serve on the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Cabinet as a senior leader and strategic thought partner

As part of a special assignment and in partnership with the Interim Dean:• Established an organizational structure for undergraduate advising, operations, and recruitment for the College of Arts and Sciences with the goals of increased retention and student success• Created partnerships with campus entities to ensure clear communication, timely information sharing, and consistent practices • Worked to create an environment of inclusiveness and a culture of support among the 50 professional and 20 paraprofessional staff in the advising center

• Served as a chief strategist to the Dean of Students and participate as a member of the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs’s leadership cabinet. Key responsibilities in this area include: handling complex, timely, and confidential communications within and across the Division of Student Affairs and the campus• Communicated on sensitive and confidential matters regarding complex cases with senior administrators including the AVC/Dean of Students, Vice Chancellor, university police, University General Counsel, etc.• Supervised and coordinated the work of professional staff in Health Promotion, Office of Victim Assistant, Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution and the Student Support and Case Management offices

• Created the strategic planning and three year goals for the office that includes a robust staffing model of professional and paraprofessional staff and being a centralized hub for all communication, programming, and resources for new students and families• Spearheaded the transition from a mandatory two-day in person orientation to a hybrid model that includes a required online orientation, optional one-day summer programs, and an intensive three weeks of welcome activities for incoming students and their families• Established new relationships with campus offices that create a coordinated and timely transition of information for students and their families. These include, but are not limited to: Admissions, Advancement, Advising Offices, Alumni Association, Athletics, CUPD, Office of the Registrar, Provost’s Office, Strategic Relations, and The Graduate School• Directed the merging of the Office of Parent Relations with the New Student Welcome Programs Office to create a new office, which includes all aspects of: physical space, staffing, finances, programming, and communication• Developed and implemented a campus wide communication, programming, and assessment plan for more than 9,000 incoming undergraduate and graduate students

• Created and piloted a four-year academic Honors Program that involved faculty mentorship, curriculum and course development, and emphasized recruitment and retention of the top 10% of Leeds students• Oversaw the Leeds Scholars Program from design to implementation. This included curriculum development, a year long service project in collaboration with a state or local organization, a global experience for first-year students, peer and alumni mentorship programs, and leadership development through retreats, meetings, and internships

• Oversaw all strategic efforts within the realm of undergraduate recruitment, outreach and selection. This included talented student recruitment; multicultural access and community outreach; recruitment and application selection process for transfers and military veterans; alumni admissions assistance programs; intern program; student ambassadors (tour guides) and campus visit programs; and the front office and customer service division
