This is my most recent organizational endeavor. This group is evolving to more efficiently move a private practice/collaboration model to a more modular technology driven method of assessing and treatment planning. We function as a switchboard to interact with individual differences and needs. We use local and Internet based resources and personalized techniques to connect the individual, family and group with the ways to most productively meet their essential needs.

Areas of practice include:- Treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families - Forensic assessment and expert witness of treated patients and families- Educational - Assessment - Treatment Planning and Consultation, interaction with various schools and licensing boards- Complex Assessment and Comprehensive Testing and presentation of such data in court – depositions, hearings, attorney consultations- Cognitive Rehabilitation from Traumatic Brain Injury and assisting clients and their families through trial and burdens of a litigation process – and the recovery process in general.Forensic consulting, expert witness and child advocateI have been a designated expert and treating doctor in more than 100 cases. This has involved scores of depositions, appearances and consultations.I have been admitted in the following courts/areas as an expert: immigration court, personal injury, special needs/special education law, and Americans with Disabilities Act and Advocacy.Particular interest in: - Creative Artists/Performers- Dissociative Disorders – multiple personality disorder- Short- term and Intermediate-term Treatment of Children, Adolescents and Adults- Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and Cognitive Rehabilitation- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Professor of Psychology, Director of Student Affairs, Director of Academic Affairs, Director of Master’s Program, Chair of Family Specialization, Chair of Psycho Philosophical Sub-specialization - Cambridge Graduate School of PsychologyCambridge Graduate School was small graduate school specializing in preparation of experienced master’s level clinicians to gain a doctorate and license as a psychologist. Cambridge was owned by Association of Advanced Training and Behavioral Sciences (AATBS).This allowed Cambridge to have full advantage of the power of staff, publications, and direction of this premiere training and continuing education organization.I personally designed a plan from the admission interview to post-licensure one or two years after graduation. Psycho philosophy was my own introduction to cognitive science. This resulted in the design and instruction of a number of courses. My work at Cambridge allowed more work with individualized-personalized preparation of graduate students.

These two organizations are the two largest licensing preparation organizations for mental health professionals in the United States and Canada. More than 96% of psychologist candidates utilize the licensing preparation coursework, workshops, and/or computerized programs. These organizations had exposure to tens of thousands for post-doctoral and other post graduate degrees. This was an invaluable ‘laboratory’ to fine tune the skills based approach of focused individual differences. This gave me an opportunity that is available to no other: exposure and interaction to those specifically trained in learning and self-report to describe their own learning and refinement process. I instructed and trained candidates for California written and oral psychology licensing examinations for Psychology (post Ph.D. level) and Marriage and Family Counselor (MFCC – post Master’s level). The areas for licensure included psychology, MFCC, LCSW (Licensed Case Social Worker), CPP (Certified Professional Counselor), and Certified Drug Counselor.In both organizations I was responsible for program design and development. The migration of a primarily content-based view to a skills-based approach emphasizing individual differences and a structured study and training approach was a main focus of my work.

- Provided in-patient and out-patient individual, group, and family therapy- Training and overseeing interns, psychiatric residents, Marriage, Family and Child Counseling therapists, Pre-Doctoral and Postdoctoral interns, and Social Workers and Social Worker interns, group presentations to the staff in areas of crisis management, cultural sensitivity, involuntary hospitalization, assessment and individual psychotherapy- Provided ongoing supervision and assistance in psychological testing- On-staff and admitting to various psychiatric hospitals. The primary facilities where I hospitalized individuals were Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, California and CPC Alhambra Hospital, in Rosemead, California- Involved in the involuntary hospitalization of psychiatric patients and the Psychiatric Mobile Response Team
