Key areas of responsibility include oversight of the college’s assessment efforts, including the administration and analysis of numerous current student surveys. Also oversees assessment measures and reporting efforts necessary for accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). - Contributed to the undergraduate enrollment management goals and objectives for the university by designing, documenting and implementing strategies for increased organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the areas of marketing, advertising, database management, communication flow, budget and office processes and procedures.- Assisted the Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs in the development, implementation, supervision and assessment of programs related to new student recruitment, student retention and marketing.- Led a full-time staff of ten; including the Director of Campus Visits, the Undergraduate Admissions & Marketing Communications Coordinator and the Senior Admission Counselor.- Achieved enrollment goal of 380 incoming freshman students; highest in university history.- Coordinated the execution of New Student Orientation in Fall 2012 for over 400 incoming freshman and transfer students.
