• Startup medical company focused on design, development, and commercialization of a minimally invasive device for relieving pain associated with herniated disks via ozone treatment. • The ActiveO® AO-1000 is a completely new, image-guided injection for treating pain associated with contained herniated discs• Technical leader for research, development, engineering, and operational activities including design and development of AO-1000 device (See LinkedIn background image) resulting in 4 US patents, 4 publications, CE mark, and ISO13485 certification. • Clinical trial in Canada recently completed, 1-year follow-up Oswestry disability index (ODI) results for first 30 patients are promising (See Publications 50 and 51).• FDA 510(k) and Health Canada device regulatory submissions are underway. • Actively seeking next round of funding
