As the Dean of the Faculty of English & Communication Skills at Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya University managed by Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, I am committed to leading academic excellence through innovative curriculum development and effective program management. My focus is on creating meaningful global collaborations that enrich both the academic and cultural experiences of our university community.As the Director of Mental Health & Wellness under Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, I lead a dedicated team of psychotherapists, psychologists, and counselors to develop and implement initiatives that support the mental well-being of our students, faculty, and staff. My work in this area is driven by a commitment to creating a supportive and healthy university environment.Additionally, as the Director of Schools under Sarva Vidyalaya Kelavani Mandal, I oversee the educational strategies and standards across our affiliated CBSE and GSEB schools. My role involves ensuring that our schools maintain the highest educational standards while fostering holistic development in students.With a demonstrated history in education management, skill development, human resources, marketing, sales, and public relations, I bring a wealth of experience to each of these roles. I have extensive expertise in curriculum mapping across undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels, alongside classroom management, lesson planning, instructional design, and teacher training.I hold a Ph.D. focused on the psychological aspects of education, which informs my approach to creating educational environments that are both academically rigorous and supportive of students' overall well-being.
