Jeanine L. Williams, PhD is an Ancestral Medicine Woman who specializes in healing the mind and the spirit, which ultimately leads to total body wellness. She combines her background in psychology and human development with her knowledge of herbal medicine and ancestral healing modalities to support her clients in building and sustaining healthy, whole, spiritually-aligned lives.Her spiritual assignment is to be a container of rest and peace and to guide and hold space for Black women as they take the sacred journey back to their highest selves.Jeanine has a wide range of experience supporting women in all stages of life, but has been particularly called to serve high-achieving, over-functioning Black women who feel like they have to carry the world and have it all together — these women represent the exact journey that Jeanine went on. These women are highly educated, “successful”, and appearing to have it all together, but deep down they feel misaligned, and are drowning in guilt, fear, anxiety, and burnout.Jeanine knows what it is like to live that way, and as a result has made it her mission to liberate other women from this vicious cycle, so that they too, can achieve peace, health, and ultimately FREEDOM.Not only has Jeanine dedicated her entire life to this mission, she has LIVED this mission, and knows exactly what it is like to completely transform and live life fully embodying rest, peace, healing, wholeness, and her highest self, and she wants the same for her clients. As mother, sister, eldest daughter, and partner, Jeanine understands that to truly liberate and support Black women, we have to also address the health and well-being of their partners, children, and families. With this in mind, Jeanine's holistic healing practice, Ancestors Bosom, centers the health and well-being of the entire Black family. She is committed to helping clients reconnect with ancestral wisdom and ways of living, and to heal naturally and fully--mind, body, and spirit. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients build and sustain generational health and generational wealth.
