Chief Master Sergeant Hamlett served as the State Command Chief for the Missouri Air National Guard. In this role, he was the senior enlisted advisor to the Missouri Adjutant General on matters affecting the readiness, training and professional development of 1,900 enlisted members of the Missouri Air National Guard. Additionally, he served on advisory councils and promotion boards, worked closely with the Missouri Army National Guard and civilian communities served by the Missouri National Guard Military Forces. Chief Hamlett served as principal advisor to the Chiefs and First Sergeants Councils, and performed other duties as outlined / directed by the Missouri Adjutant General.
