I am a Clinical Psychologist and Director at The Mind Psychological Services & Training, specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, working with a wide range of clients. I am also currently President of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology. I contribute back to the profession as a Sessional Lecturer in Monash University Malaysia, in the Masters of Professional Counselling Program, teaching subjects such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. In my spare time, I co-host a fortnightly Mind Matters Free Clinic with the Lite.fm breakfast crew, fielding questions from the general populace on all things mental health related. In past years, I've been recognised as a Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow (2020), for my contribution towards shaping Asia's Future through my work in Mental HealthWhen not splitting time between managing the company and working with clients, I love my football. And pizza.
