Mentored 6 scholars for Ph.D. research & 95 scholars for PG research. He has fetched the grant of Rs. 3.5 Crores for setting Technology Lab, 2 Crores for setting WSIAC from RGSTC; Rs 50 Lacs plus from AICTE under various schemes like MODROBS, RPS, STTP, EDC, Seminar etc.; travel grants from FIP, Indo-Japanese forum & SUK; and minor research grants for college teachers from SUK. He has delivered society awareness lectures at many villages of Kolhapur and Sangli districts on ‘औषधांचा सुयोग्य वापर’, 'चला स्वीकारू जबाबदारी, जबाबदार नागरिक घडवण्याची'. His several articles in Marathi on ‘creating awareness about pharmacy’ are published in various local news papers. He has conducted manifold events for deprived children and science & maths teachers of rural part of western Maharashtra; like ‘शनिवारी विज्ञानवारी’, ‘अवकाश दर्शन’, ‘mobile science van’, ‘toys from trash’ ‘experiential science’ etc to avail opportunities of hands-on experiments to clear concepts in science and maths etc. He has been bestowed with Barrister P G Patil Best Teacher Award – 2011 by Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has secured 22nd rank in SUK in adscientificindex-2022.
