- Administered divisional operations, including scheduling, sectioning, curricula, and field trips involving 155 students in grades six, seven, and eight and 32 faculty. Responsible for hiring and evaluating faculty. Taught Spanish.- Researched and implemented a rotational schedule.- Added health education, technology, and regular access to the division’s counselor to the daily schedule. - Supported and augmented the school’s ongoing technology implementation with laptop computers in classrooms.

Responsible for hiring and evaluating faculty.- Increased enrollment from 160 to 185 (current maximum capacity at the time).- Implemented student advisory program. Introduced formal teacher mentoring and teaming of teachers.- Researched and implemented rotating schedule.- Instituted integrated curricula and technology instruction school wide, including adding new pods of computers in classrooms and a new computer lab.- Researched and implemented new teacher evaluation system.- Revamped administrative technology use, including computerized record keeping of attendance, Report Cards, and Progress Reports.- Co-chaired the Campus Consolidation Committee that recommended consolidating the middle and upper school operations.
