Many families find they are needing the time, space and guidance to process diagnoses and particular challenges their children face. This includes Autism, ADHD, emotional wellbeing, Gender Identity, mental health, a physical ailment (e.g. diabetes, inflammatory bowel diseases), family dynamics, parenting difficulties and more. My parent and young person sessions utilise my expertise as a medical doctor and a coach to produce a combination of direct recommendations alongside parent/young person-generated goals, giving the support and accountability to see change happen.

Coaching isn't the offering of a product but of a valuable service to people who want to grow in their life and leadership. I coach a range of individuals and leaders in the UK and globally. Coaching is a privilege as I can help facilitate- Transformative change. We know that very few people experience change after seminars and teaching. But we know that deep, lasting and significant change can happens with one-to-one coaching- Accelerated growth. Coaching gives the support, encouragement and accountability to function at our fully capacity- Confidence. Coaching helps people become great decision makers rather than in helping them make the right decision. Coaching is more interested in building capable, responsible adults than in feeding people solutions to their problems. - Improved interpersonal skills. Many leaders are incredibly gifted, but a lack of self-awareness can hamper their leadership. Coaching helps develop a 'relational wisdom' to optimise leadership potential.

Working with a multidisiplinary team I see children assessing a range of neurodevelopmental and neurodisability conditions, assessing health needs of Children Looked After in the care system and working to improve health outcomes in this cohort.
