Responsible for the coordination and implementation of mental health services for boarding and day students at a Pre-K-9 independent school. Lectured and provided counseling for children, parents and teachers on a diverse range of topics, including ADHD, educational testing, childhood depression, anxiety issues, learning differences, and child/adolescent development. Chair of the Student Support Team and leader of Foods and Friends, a group intended to build connections and friendships among the Lower School community.

Provide neuropsychological testing for adults and children with a range of cognitive, academic, and emotional challenges. Coordinate testing protocols, feedback with parents, comprehensive written reports, and weekly supervision meetings with clinical staff. Present results to interdisciplinary teams at local elementary and high schools to aid in the establishment of educational accommodations.

Provided independent psychological counseling within a multi-model group practice consisting of clinical and neuropsychological specialists. Areas of expertise included cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic psychotherapy for patients with anxiety, depression and chemical addiction. Coordinated and directed weekly peer supervision, and spearheaded a weekly CBT group for anxiety and depression.

Provided outpatient counseling and community-based treatment for a population of dually diagnosed clients. Specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy for affective and anxiety disorders, motivational interviewing, behavioral family therapy, and crisis management. Conducted and evaluated neuropsychological assessments for children with school-based learning disabilities, emotional problems, attention deficits, pervasive developmental disorders, and other cognitive-based disorders. Participated in full-range of internship and post-doc activities, including didactic seminars, case conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, grand rounds, individual and group supervision, psychopharmacology colloquiums, and other staff trainings.
