-Direct Sonder Academy ABA programs in Ocala for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.-Ensure program compliance with ABA funders.-Provided 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents with autism.-Trained staff in implementing ABA services.-BCBA and RBT Supervision

-Established company long-term strategy -Secured the necessary resources for long-term success-Set the company culture and values-Maintained team morale for start-up -Ensured integrity of ABA programs funded under Blue Cross Blue Shield-Trained staff in implementing ABA services.-BCBA and RBT Supervision

-Directed programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities on Big Island.-Ensure program compliance with ABA funders.- Spearheaded services under Medicaid Waiver, Department of Education, and Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. -Trained staff in implementing ABA services.-BCBA and RBT Supervision

-Directed programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across four programs located on Oahu.-Ensure program compliance with multiple ABA funders.- Spearheaded services under Medicaid Waiver, Department of Education, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, Hawaii State Hospital, and insurance companies funding ABA services. -Provided 1:1 ABA services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism.-Trained staff in implementing ABA services.-BCBA and RBT Supervision

-Provide functional assessment and Positive Behavior Support intervention to all key stakeholders of children, adolescents, and adults with behavior problems. Intervention focuses on data-driven, evidence-based approaches to behavior management and addresses both problem behaviors and adaptive skills. For individuals with language delays and behavior problems, a strong emphasis was placed on providing training to develop verbal operants.-Ensure program compliance with ABA funders.-Support services were provided to Oahu and neighbor islands and were contracted under Department of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Education, Tripler Army Medical Center, and for private families.-Provided 1:1 ABA services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism.-Trained staff in implementing ABA services.-BCBA and RBT Supervision

-Provided online mentoring for students with learning disabilities using fluency-based instruction to remedy reading and math deficits.

-Contracted to design educational curriculum for SMART Eco Park in the areas of sustainability, inner values, global citizenship, recycling, solar power, healthy living, animal care, and the heritage of India.

Partnered with Dr. Rick Kubina and Billy Edwards to bring evidence-based practices to Kuwait. Oasis was proud to be the ABA provider for the royal family of Kuwait.

-Assisted and supervised in the design, implementation, revision, and monitoring of behavior support plans based upon identified functions of challenging behaviors for individuals diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder, mental retardation, autism, hyperactivity disorder, psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, Asperger Syndrome, ADHD, and schizophrenia under supervision of Dr. Wendy Roth (BCBA),Jody Ellis (BCBA), and Dr. Haydee Toro (BCBA).-Supervised and trained 50+ adult-based behavioral support personnel.

-Implemented behavior analysis procedures outlined in the support plan to treat problem behaviors and as outlined in the ABLLS curriculum under the supervision of Dr. David Garcia, BCBA and Angela Gonzalez, BCBA.-Collected and analyzed behavioral data under the supervision of Dr. David Garcia, BCBA and Angela Gonzalez, BCBA.-Trained others in using the support plan and how to carry out the ABLLS curriculum.

-Carried out behavior acceleration and deceleration programs for both verbal and non-verbal clients using principles of behavior analysis under the supervision of Dr. Sharii Titus, BCBA.-Ran functional communication training programs and daily living skill acquisition programs using applied behavior analysis under the supervision of Dr. Sharii Titus, BCBA.
