I am the Founder and CEO of Learning Consent, a global leader in the provision of comprehensive relationships, sexuality and consent education. Learning Consent continues to partner with leading educational institutions and organisations to deliver cutting edge programs aligned with UNESCO international best-practice for the prevention of sexual and gendered violence. I lead a team of experts to design and deliver in-person and online education programs that achieve real outcomes for the prevention of gendered violence, and long-term cultural change in schools, universities and organisations. Our work is research driven, evidence based, inclusive & youth centred. I have deep expertise working as a consultant alongside organisations navigating significant cultural change. For close to a decade I have been supporting some of Australia’s largest male-dominated organisations to ensure the successful integration of women into those workforces, and enhancing internal organisational systems and infrastructure for the prevention gendered and sexual violence.I am a sociologist with academic expertise in the field of gender and sexualities. Moving between academia, industry and policy audiences, my focus is to translate complex research findings into practical, applied insights and recommendations that result in impactful change for individuals and collectives. As a researcher, educator and organisational culture expert, I use my subject matter expertise to assist organisations and educational institutions to effectively use evidence to improve the quality of their workplaces and communities.
