• Created and stood up the reconditioning program for the Minnesota Twins. This included but was not limited to the establishment, development, and execution of a systematic approach for coordinating motion-capture data, force-plate information, video breakdown, strength and conditioning assessments, orthopedic evaluations, movement assessments, and hitting/pitching coach’s assessments to reduce injury, improve skill, and drive performance. Additional responsibilities currently include the hiring, education, and training of reconditioning staff, as well as the generation of player-profile reports for organizational stakeholders. • Prescription and implementation of individualized manual therapy and exercise programs derived from aforementioned model/approach.• Coordinate the transition (bridge) from rehabilitation to training and skill work for injured athletes. • Medical provider to minor and major league baseball players. Performing orthopedic evaluations and movement assessments followed by coordinating treatment plans with the athletic trainers, physical therapists, strength staff, skill coaches, and sports science. • Collaborate with pitching coaches, hitting coaches, and sports science department regarding movement data and drill packages to improve pitching and hitting mechanics for non-injured players. • Deliver education to coaches and medical staff on topics pertaining to movement assessments, manual therapies, and motor skill acquisition techniques.
