International Examining BodiesThe LCM and LCA offer management, business and creative courses for overseas colleges to provide locally in order that their students may study for and obtain a UK qualification.

London based: Pro Vice-Chancellor for Cavendish University Zambia and International Affairs Spokesperson for Cavendish University Uganda. Led negotiations for the establishment of collaborative arrangements with UK and overseas universities and raised the profile of the Cavendish Africa Group to an international audience.

Key responsibilities • Strategic management, marketing and operational planning• Leading and managing change and the spreading of best practice• Leadership, management and development of human resources• Development of governance structures and the management of academic quality assurance systems to ensure compliance with educational oversight bodies• Development and management of relationships with external agencies, professional bodies, validating universities and accreditation authorities• Oversight of teaching and learning strategies, curriculum development and learner support• Strategic development planning of physical resources, facilities and premises• Development and management of student services and the student life-cycle• Management of UKBA compliance systems and risk assessment• Design, implementation and oversight of administrative systems in Examinations Office, International Admissions and Student Services• Promoting Equality & Diversity and ensure compliance across the college
