Jeanne Schumacher, M.Ed., Ed.D.I hold a doctorate in science and education and have dedicated over 35 years to teaching. I strongly believe in leading by example and am committed to inspiring individuals to change their health by embracing a non-toxic, whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. My passion lies in equipping others with practical strategies to enhance their well-being. I firmly advocate that food is our most powerful medicine, capable of restoring our bodies to a state of health in the face of "dis"-ease. I share my expertise through impactful lectures and on my website www.SimplyPlantBased.net.My journey to a plant-based diet began in 2009 after a health scare that landed me in the emergency room with a 105-degree fever, dangerously high blood pressure, and an unidentified infection. Fortunately, the attending physician, trained in both medicine and nutrition, set me on a transformative path that not only changed my health but my entire life. I am proud to have earned my Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through eCornell - Center for Nutritional Studies.
