I have a rich background in education and professional development, particularly in coaching and curriculum implementation for specialized populations . In my current role as a School Success Liaison-Special Education with Baltimore City Public Schools, I’ve provide tailored coaching to numerous educators and educational associates, collaborated with leadership teams, conduct professional development sessions, and analyze literacy data to inform instructional strategies. Previously, as a Literacy Coach, I’ve played a key role in data analysis, teacher collaboration, and professional development delivery. I’ve also contributed to national webinars and conferences, showcasing my expertise in supporting English Language Learners and promoting effective instructional leadership. With a Doctorate in Education and extensive experience in special education and program leadership, I bring a comprehensive skill set to drive school improvement and support teacher development.
