I am an inclusive educator focusing on dyslexia, ADHD and executive functioning. I provide solutions to educators and parents to help them unlock the potential of all children. Inclusion is a big journey that must begin with small steps. As a small and humble step towards inclusion, I empower educators and parents to reach every learner in the mainstream classroom through careful and skillful teaching. If children can't learn the way we teach, let's teach the way they learn! My work in this field began in 2004 when I joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS), with a desire to impact the lives of children with perceived disadvantages. The thought leadership that I provide is built on 20 years of intervention work with children and the training of educators and parents. Under my leadership, DAS Academy has been recognised as a domain expert in the SEN field and a training partner of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). I regularly train SEN Officers and mainstream educators at the National Institute of Education and the Ministry of Education.
