I provide psychological therapy to adults for a variety of mental health conditions specialising in trauma.I also organise high quality CPD events for EMDR therapists.I also have a special interest in the rapid treatment of post-traumatic nightmares, which when cleaned up, result in peaceful sleep and reduced trauma symptoms. This is based on the Dream Completion Technique which I based my PhD on.

Gaining experience using the NICE recommended treatment for PTSD - a combination of adult single incident trauma to more complex childhood trauma and abuse issues. Includes working with combat veterans and liaison with both primary and secondary mental health teams.

I work with a wide variety of clients helping them to resolve issues such as stress, anxiety, grief, depression and relationship problems. The basis of my work is Theoretical Integration, with the aim to provide my clients with the most effective and appropriate therapy, drawing on a whole range of models and techniques.

I undertook a vast range of consulting assignments, ranging from factory improvements for a truck tyre manufacturer, to the design of a major new operation for a financial regulatory body. My principal focus was the application of Lean within the financial services sector, and how this could be done in the most effective and efficient ways (hence the name OEE!)
