Currently, NHC (FQHC) has 3 full-time pharmacist clinicians practicing in 3 NHC clinic locations. Also as the inaugural Residency Program Director for both PGY1 Managed Care & PGY2 Ambulatory Care programs, accreditation was awarded 2015 -2022.As P&T Clinical Coordinator for Oregon FFS Medicaid and as Clinical Pharmacist for Advanced Health CCO, Dr. Shirley focused upon policy development and implementation for medically complex patients (2019-2021). Dr. Shirley has also served as a Clinical Pharmacist with Community Health Plan of Washington in collaborative case management, policy development and behavioral health medication adherence outreach programs (2021-2022). Most recently, as Clinical Pharmacist Lead with Waymark Care, Dr. Shirley developed multidisciplinary virtual pharmacy care coordination for individuals with Medicaid (2022-2023).Licensed WA, OR, ID, PA, CA, MN, AK, MT, WI and preparing FL, MI, IL and NY licensure.Psychiatric and Pharmacotherapy dual board certified over 20 years.Given an inability to relocate due to her partner's USFS career, Dr. Shirley is open to patient care, population health, telehealth practice development, growth and implementation opportunities in addition to academic, forensic and clinical research consultation.
