With a robust educational foundation from The University of Memphis, where I earned my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, my career has been dedicated to understanding and enhancing the dynamics of leadership and organizational effectiveness.My professional path has woven through various roles, including significant tenure as an Associate Professor of Management, Department Chair, and Director of Community Engagement, and Faculty Athletics Representative at Arkansas State University. These experiences have afforded me a deep understanding of leadership theories, organizational behavior, and human resource management. They have also allowed me to practically apply and test these concepts in real-world settings, shaping my approach to leadership development and executive coaching.Founding Empowering Execs, LLC, was a natural progression in my mission to empower leaders and executives to achieve their fullest potential. This venture has enabled me to tailor leadership development solutions and provide strategic guidance to high-level professionals across diverse industries. I leverage my expertise in leadership development and organizational behavior to drive effective executive search and leadership strategies.I bring this wealth of experience to bear, facilitating coaching and consulting for CEOs and executives.
