I am a Pharm. D graduate from the first batch of Pharm. D in India (2008 -2014). I have co-founded Avenida Innovations with two verticals: Avenida Academy and Avenida Practice. Avenida Academy partners with individuals and institutions and helps them in their pursuit of professional excellence. Avenida Practice handles various healthcare projects and provides clinical pharmacy services. As CEO of Avenida Innovations, I was instrumental in establishing working relation with organizations like Arintra, Rainbow, Mapmygenome, Suvarna Swastya, CIPACA, First Care Clinics, Knowurture, 3 Analytics, SciVoc, SUITS, MedAux, DocKare, ThinkRoman, SuJeevan Health and Wellness, Litemed, Eldorado, Vigiserve, Jiyyo, Queens Health Mall etc. In 2022 I co-founded Kairos R and D solutions, a CRO. I am also Medical Advisor for Arintra. Inc, a YC backed start-up in the USA. I am a consultant for initiating first of its kind clinical pharmacist mediated family/adult vaccination program in Hyderabad with a top corporate hospital.I am trained to work as a Clinical Pharmacist and provide pharmaceutical care in different health care settings. I have conceptualised and designed Avenida Portal, a cutting-edge platform to engage Pharm.D students/interns effectively, track clinical pharmacy key performance indicators and optimise their participation in Clinical Pharmacy Practice.I am part of Core Team - IPA Infectious Disease Pharmacists Fellowship, FIP India Pharmacist Vaccination Project, Resource person for Pharmacy Academia, an educational initiative by PFIZER to impart training to practicing pharmacists, Resource person for CPE programs for Community and Hospital Pharmacists, Faculty Development Programs and Refresher Courses for Faculty. I won the FIP Global Symposium 2021 on AMR, attended by 479 participants from 71 countries. I won the National level case study competition conducted by IPA on the occasion of World Pharmacist Day 2015. later went on to become the judge of the same competition in 2018.I conduct various skill development courses for students. I work with the University of Findlay, USA to provide Indian Pharm.D students an opportunity to visit the USA as a part of an exchange program. Organised 20 International and 50 National conferences; he has been Resource Person for over 100 Conferences and conducted Workshops in over 150 colleges of Pharm. D across Inida, Mentored hundreds of students and helped them craft successful careers. Founder of an NGO, Havens of Humanity and volunteers with Isha Foundation.
