I've also ventured into the private sector, leading business development and cybersecurity initiatives for a Fortune 500 company, safeguarding student data.Driven by my passion for education, I earned my Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin and I’ve had the privilege of teaching at the prestigious McCombs School of Business since 2015.As the Director of the Organizational Effectiveness team at Slalom, Inc., I had the incredible opportunity to work directly with Fortune 500 companies, leveraging data to drive strategy, supporting large technology and culture changes, and delivering impactful solutions.What sets me apart is my unwavering belief in the power of individualization.
