Sri Dharma Mittra shares the most effective yoga methods from his more than 50 years of experience as a teacher at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York. Whether beginner or advanced, students from all over the world, with different origins and backgrounds, come together to form a sangha (community) here. Dharma Yoga brings good health for the body and mind. It increases focus and attention in the here and now. "The secret of success is constant practice" (Sri Dharma Mittra). Regular yoga practice leads to more patience and respect for all living beings - not just our pets - and thus automatically leads to a vegetarian life. As beings of a common creation, we are all connected. We influence each other directly or to some extent indirectly in words, deeds and thoughts. By realizing the laws of karma and self-determination in our lives, we develop more compassion and contentment, inner peace and balance. We learn to accept things as they are. 'Everything is perfect' (Sri Dharma Mittra). Yoga gives us a new perspective: we are less prisoners of our emotional world and perceive our thoughts, feelings and emotions more as observers and witnesses. This helps us apply 'Nonjugdement'. When we judge ourselves or others less, we allow deep, honest love and find unconditional love. We begin to live in harmony with our fellow human beings, are in flow, and feel bliss: "All is One".For more information about iDharma Yoga please visit our Linktree at www.linktr.ee/katjaprager.I am looking forward to meeting you.Om Shanti,iDharma YogaKatja Prager, PhD (Yogini Shiva Om)www.linktr.ee/katjaprager Show less
