I’m Dr Kat Sephton, Registered and Chartered Clinical Psychologist specialising in Neuropsychology, and owner of Renew Psychology. I specialise in providing neuropsychological assessment, neuropsychological rehabilitation and psychological therapy to individuals with acquired brain injury, neurological diagnosis and long term health conditions. I have more than a decades experience working within the NHS in mental health and physical health services in community and acute hospital settings, supporting patients and their support systems through the diagnosis and rehabilitation journey.My main clinical interests are in the areas of neuropsychology, acquired brain injury and dementia. I have a particular interest in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
