I am a Learning Specialist at JSW GBS, a leading company in the shared services domain, with 18 years and 10months of corporate experience. I have a Ph.D. in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence from the University of Florida, USA, and I am a certified trainer and examiner from the University of Cambridge and Trinity College of London.My mission is to craft and drive positive healthy culture and wellbeing at the workplace through mindfulness, creative transformational, and behavioral training programs. I collaborate with senior leadership to align our corporate values with our vision and deliver maximum business productivity with minimal disruption of any energies and resources.
