Dr. Kaz is a Naturopathic Physician, a clinical nutritionist and a level II Reiki practitioner.Dr. Kaz is passionate about improving peoples’ health. Dr. Kaz has been trained in disease reduction programs such as First Line Therapy and Dr. D’Adamo’s blood type diet. About the Doctor:Dr. Kaz is a licensed naturopathic physician and a clinical nutritionist.  She believes that having a healthy individualized diet can address the root cause of illness, which is the foundation for wellness.  She focuses on treating the root cause of illness by using an in-depth intake process and functional lab testing to create a personalized plan that includes diet, supplements, homeopathy and lifestyle changes. Additionally, she uses programs such as FirstLine Therapy and blood type diet to achieve optimal body composition.

Provide lifestyle changes through disease reduction programs using a combination of Metagenics FirstLine Therapy and Dr. D'Adamo's blood type diet. Using these methods in addition to analyzing body composition with a state of the art BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) machine, I help patients achieve and maintain a healthy body composition (lean muscle to fat ratio), improve overall health, manage disease, reduce risk for serious health conditions and lose weight. Additionally, I help patients establish personal and realistic goals, monitor progress to keep patients on track, teach them how to eat and shop for healthy, nutritious foods, manage cravings, and exercise to build muscle and decrease fat, as well as manage unhealthy stress.
