Responsible for leading the start-up's rebranding activities starting with a social brand critique (October-Dec, 2015), and rebranding process, developing clear guidelines for the new Credntia brand in collaboration with the Director of Design (Jan-March, 2016) and its implementation across the company's web and social channels (March-June, 2016). This involved working with both management, design and development teams. __ Credntia is the world’s leading personal identity management system. NativeHQ is a company immersed in social media and focused on enabling organisations to work more intelligently with these new communications tools. Many of their projects involve social media in the context of community development, marketing and advertising, social networks and media sharing, blogging and digital publishing, social photography and video production, platform assessment and choice, multi-platform theatre design and production, social media education, conference presentations and charity and social enterprise campaigns.As an Associate with NativeHQ I collaborate with the team on social research, digital learning and strategic thinking around client projects and advising on how the company develops and structures its client work. My relationship with NativeHQ started in 2009 and my role as a company Associate formalised in 2013. Over the six years of our working relationship we have developed a collaborative model of working that is project-needs led, with open work structures, flexible working agreements, and focused on ongoing communication and growing established peer relationships.
