OPTICAL SALES MANAGERWe are looking for an Optical Assistant to join our growing team. The assistant will support the Optometrist and staff from the beginning of check-in to the completion of check-out and ensures protocols in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Oversees customer satisfaction and supports store operations. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •Provides exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out going the extra mile•Responds to and resolves any patient concerns or complaints•Optimizes and assists with operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines•Ensures store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are in place•Assists with Optical and Sales associates and ensures the timely completion of day-to-day functions•Ensures all selling standards are being achieved such as Multiple pairs, back up glasses, Protection plans, maximizing each transaction by educating the patient•Communicates, implements, and ensures compliance to all company policies, procedures and company changes in an accurate and timely fashion•Communicates in a strong, accurate, and motivational manner•Generates a positive atmosphere by being a role model and encouraging teamwork•Assists with day-to-day operationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS •5 years of customer service experience in the medical or related field•Enthusiastic, Self Starter•Experience with billing and coding•Handles confidential matters in a professional nature•Sound understanding of store operations and standards for success•Strong communication skills (both oral and written)•Exceptional customer service skills•Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress towards goals•Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scopeEmail your resume: hello@decordovaeyewear.comWe are looking forward to reviewing your application!
