An Internal Medicine physician, Kevin Cleary, M.D., D.D.S., possesses nearly two decades of residency training and practicing experience in New York State. At present, Dr. Cleary serves as a co-founder and staff physician at adult and family private practice Lancaster Medical in Depew, New York, and he works as an Assistant Division Physician with Troop A of the New York State Troopers. Even before working professionally, Dr. Kevin Cleary earned numerous awards and recognition during his collegiate career and post-medical school training. Dr. Kevin Cleary completed his undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and was named a National Merit Scholar and a Dean’s List student for eight semesters in a row. In 1987, he enrolled in the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Dental Medicine, and four years later he graduated first in his class with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. While studying at the UB School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Cleary received an Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity award, an American Equilibration Society award, an International College of Dentists award, a Barrett Foundation Prize, and several other distinguished accolades. After performing a yearlong residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Dr. Kevin Cleary entered the Louisiana State University School of Medicine. In two years, he earned his Doctor of Medicine while participating actively in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Following completion of his medical degree, Dr. Kevin Cleary completed an internship and residency with the UB Internal Medicine Program at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital in Buffalo. As an intern, Dr. Cleary received the Lawrence H. Golden Award of Excellence, a recognition bestowed upon him by his attending physicians. During his third year of residency, Dr. Cleary achieved the Dexter S. Levy Memorial Award for Excellence in Bedside Medicine.
