DLR Live Entertainment Department Liaison – Peer Program, DLR Entertainment Department Step into the Magic Core Trainer/Step into the Magic Facilitator, Entertainment 10, Entertainment Department PerformerAs a highly respected and acknowledged Cast Member in all areas of the resort, including Disney Reps and Special Events, my contributions to the company include:• Facilitating and directing live musical entertainment throughout Disneyland.• Providing Guest engagement and magic as a sculpted character performer.• Mentorship, personal coaching, and DEI awareness amplification for fellow Cast Members.• Training and mentoring Step into the Magic facilitators in the company’s onstage and backstage DEI and safety practices while conducting this crucial second-day onboarding program for all new hires, regardless of role.• Active participation and facilitation with PEER PROGRAM (internal Cast Care programs and seminars), as well as the company’s SHALOM BERG.

Returned to full-time faculty (teaching and designing courses) after having served on special assignment where, as the Director, I founded Brandman University's Center for Instructional Innovation (the CII). I was responsible for creating a sustainable center that actively promoted and enhanced learning effectiveness by:· Systematically promote on-going faculty development (in collaboration with Faculty Personnel Committee and the Dean’s Council); · Guiding the University’s Instructional Designers, Academic Support Specialists, and faculty to create and maintain high-quality instructional materials utilizing the most current instructional design approaches and instructional technologies; · Chair the School of Education Tech Committee (this includes leading the initiative to explore meaningful implementation of AI tools to enhance both teaching and learning);· Providing support for the development and maintenance of the virtual learning environment (e.g., Blackboard and Adobe Connect);· Collaborating with the Library and Online Writing Center; and· Developing and maintaining a central repository of learning objects.With the CII in solid shape (and proudly moving forward through the vision and expertise of an outstanding team of educational technology professionals), I have proudly returned to full-time faculty where my focus on designing, building, and teaching afforded me the opportunity to build out a new Masters In Education emphasis, "Instructional Technology, Teaching the 21st Century Learner" along with Chairing the Masters of Arts in Education Curriculum Team and its 6 different emphasis degrees.

Consult on a myriad of issues relating to various media for educational and entertainment purposes for schools, production companies, publishers, and NGOs. Design content for entertainment as well as educational vehicles. Consult on applicability and appropriateness of ideas, content, and use of the medium for the intended purpose and audience.
