• Facilitated the transition from Solidworks to Siemens NX, while establishing CAD data migration best practices.
• Set up and maintain the company NX CAD standards, drawing formats, custom toolbars, and general NX administration, for Concord, and Indianapolis locations.
• Siemens NX design and modeling of race car components, including interior driver comfort and safety components, suspension, test equipment, and supplied data for CFD.
• Organized NX training sessions, and created best practices documents for users. Assisted users in debugging, and solving CAD issues, while working with Siemens GTAC.
• Support Siemens PLM software sponsorship.
• Won 7 NASCAR Cup Series races, 2 All-Star Races, and 14 NASCAR Xfinity Series races.

• Pattern design for moulds, and composite part design.
• Design engineer, and Siemens NX expert, on various sports car racing projects, including the SRT Viper GTS-R (IMSA GTLM and GTD, FIA GT3).
• Setup NX "Materials Library", "Reuse Library" for common hardware, automated drawing formats, and parts lists.

• NASCAR Sprint Cup teams qualified on pole for 3 races, and won the 2011 Phoenix race, during my 2 seasons with the team.
• Siemens NX design and modeling of race car components, including interior driver comfort and safety components, scale model, and test equipment.
• Designed and developed a lighter, and better flowing carbon monoxide filter for driver helmet air. Filter was used in numerous NASCAR Sprint Cup and truck series races by Brian Vickers and Cole Whitt.
• Surfacing and modeling for CFD analysis.
• Designed parts for rapid prototype manufacture for scale model wind tunnel testing.
• Coordinated implementation of common modeling standards and best practices.

• Siemens NX design and modeling of racecar components, Grand Am GT and Daytona Prototype, ALMS GT2, and NASCAR.
