Performing all or some of the following duties in all roles with varying levels of responsibility:• Overseeing clinical operations with meticulous attention to detail• Performing spinal and joint manipulation, FAKTR and IASTM, electrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound, dry needling, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, Kinesio and dynamic taping• Taking spinal x-rays using a digital x-ray machine, and interpreting the images • Supervising, coaching, training, motivating and mentoring personnel, setting clear goals and expectations, providing relevant feedback and discipline as required• Planning and managing team performance, skills development, talent and culture to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with key stakeholders, resolving complaints and enquiries• Working with a team of health care professionals to manage patient cases, including massage therapist, physiotherapist, podiatrist, general practitioner and anaesthetist• Referring patients for further tests if required, such as diagnostic ultrasound and blood work• Performing physical and orthopaedic examinations and other tests to diagnose patient conditions• Advising patients on corrective exercises, posture, lifestyle and nutrition that have positive effects on the spine, joints, muscles and nervous system• Reception duties including booking patients, taking payments, compiling invoices and submitting claims to health funds• Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records• Reading and interpreting technical documentation• Producing various case histories, reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Leading a cohesive team with strict enforcement of health, safety and statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements
