Responsible for turning around an underperforming Diageo property in 90 days. I implemented and executed a 30-60-90 day plan that was effective in the first 30 days. Within my first 3 months of management the property exceeded its sales goals twice. Inventory management was improved dramatically within the first 30 days and the business became profitable within 60 days. The property is one of the newly acquired wine properties in the Diageo North America portfolio, generating $6.2 million dollars in annual sales.
