Participate in educational seminars. 20 hours/wk-Provide individual and family therapy in an outpatient setting for children, teenagers and young adults suffering from a wide range of psychiatric issues including Complex PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Asperger’s, ADHD, Anxiety, self injurious behavior, suicidal ideation and attempts, Borderline Intellectual Functioning, and anger management. Clientele are a financially and racially diverse group of individuals who have been unsuccessful in other treatment facilities in the state of Massachusetts and need the highest level of care. Major mental illnesses usually include a combination of trauma related disorders, psychosis, self injurious and aggressive behaviors, eating disorders, and Axis II diagnoses. Some of these individuals are also forensic cases and have committed serious crimes.
