Administer and score all tests. Compose integrated reports, which include psychotherapeutic, educational, vocational, and systemic recommendations. Consult and give feedback to clients, psychotherapists, families, and schools. Complete diagnostic intake evaluations on children and their families. Administer neuropsychological and projective assessments. Part of a multidisciplinary team that reviews and determines direction of treatment. Participate in APA intern didactics and Rorschach seminar. Clientele are a financially and racially diverse group of individuals who have been unsuccessful in other treatment facilities in the state of Massachusetts and need the highest level of care. Major mental illnesses usually include a combination of trauma related disorders, psychosis, self injurious and aggressive behaviors, eating disorders, and Axis II diagnoses. Some of these individuals are also forensic cases and have committed serious crimes.

Clientele were an ethnically diverse group of individuals in lower socioeconomic levels who were often homeless. Diagnoses were primarily PTSD, psychosis, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Aided adolescents between the ages of 14 and 18 with psychiatric and addiction problems in their daily treatment activities and tasks. Coordinated free time.
