- Software Engineering manager working for 4 teams delivering Search API and Extended Search API in Search Product unit of TomTom- Managing Software Engineers, Engineering Managers and Scrum masters in multiple teams and owning delivery for those teams.

Providing QA sign off for releases to live environment.- Focusing on quality metrics for code and also for product with monitoring on code quality, test coverage, QA practices and test scopes on more than 20 applications that are in the scope of larger team. - Communication with Customer Care representatives and prioritization of all production bugs reported by end users for area of ownership.- Quality Assurance strategy and process improvements for both development and QA teams.

- Leading offshore teams and coordination of QA activities on several projects including manual and automation testers.- Planning for upcoming projects (resources, test coverage, reporting, QA strategy…). - Conduct a risk based analysis and validation of result for TomTom web site related releases. Provide a QA sign off for services releases in Live environment.- Initiated and implemented solution for release process change of all releases coming on more than 20 backend applications that was accepted by Software Services department. Process is still in use for integration of all releases on test environments and release to production. - Set up Quality standards for the development teams and work with them on improving both code and functionality for end user.

- Testing and coordination of test efforts within multiple teams on different locations (Serbia, The Netherlands, India, Ukraine)- Collecting and preparing metrics for reporting and preparation for release approvals. - QA sign off for releases of different applications in TomTom (worked as contractor through outsourcing partner). - Collaboration with development team, stakeholders and team members on remote locations, in order to agree on requirements and timelines for planned releases. - Creation and reviews of test plans and test cases for applications in his area. - Execution and planning of end to end testing on navigation devices.
