Contributed to the KM professional community development, invented several concepts and terms and contributed to the theoretical development of the field, and published a dissertation on how we know what we know as organizations. My proudest moment was representing the U.S. at the U.N. in Vienna in Nuclear KM. I've mentored startups and leaned into enterprising.
