Qualifications and Key Achievements• Over twenty plus (20+) years’ experience working as a consultant for upstream and downstream olefins cracking and liquefaction facilities, refineries, petrochemical, and oil & gas plants. Chemical and Environmental Engineering (Process Engineering, Water and Wastewater Treatment, and Project Management) Subject Matter Expert (SME). Overall and general experience includes working on Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and EPC Phases of projects. • Experience in Process Engineering which includes preparing and reviewing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), heat and material balances, process datasheets, equipment specifications, cause and effect diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP studies and reports, operation, and maintenance manuals, and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments. Experience in using process modeling software’s – Aspen HYSYS, PROII, UniSim, and HTRI (Heat Transfer Research, Inc).• Experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment which includes working with EPA, OSHA, TCEQ, NFPA, and NIOSH codes and regulations. Experience in air permitting, dispersion modeling, and wastewater permitting and design. Experience in using process modeling software – FLACS, PHAST, and LNGfire3. Experience in preparing and reviewing Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) workshops, and Emergency De-Pressurization (EDP) Specifications. Experience in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) studies for olefins and cracking facilities, high-pressure pipelines, and storage and importation sites, including Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities.• Experience with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities: Federal Safety Standards (49 CFR 193), Standard for the Production, Storage, and Handling of Liquefied Natural Gas (NFPA 59A).
