It’s hard to look in the mirror, when you are busy staring out the window. My mom would often share this sentiment when it was time to settle into a space of reflection. In leadership, the truth remains the same.When I started my training and development firm it was with one objective, To increase empowered and equipped organizational leaders with sustainable skills and strategies to positively impact organizational culture that retains top talent.
