My life purpose is to empower leaders and assist them to achieve extraordinary business and personal growth. Unlike traditional consultants, I am a 20 year CEO who knows what it's like to sit in your chair. CEOs and business owners make decisions, daily, that influence their clients, employees, and industry in a way that no one else does. Often those decisions are made in isolation; without insight or multiple perspectives. As a champion and active listener, I leverage Vistage's CEO peer advisory format to help CEOs and executives find objective, next-level results for their companies, their teams and themselves. The peer advisory experience is a place where committed, life-long learners give and receive feedback, encourage and hold their fellow members accountable to personal and professional growth and results.
