• Direct supervision of 20+ CARE ABA tutors.• Interviewing, hiring, and training new tutors.• Conducting various assessments based on the needs of the client (VB-MAPP, ADOS-2, Brigance, etc.)• Developing behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disorder based on assessment results.• Training CARE tutors on specific intervention implementation and data collection procedures.• Supervising plan implementation and monitoring/analyzing data collection by CARE tutors.• Seeking out events to make CARE more visible via conferences, walks, social media, monthly newsletters, etc. • Operating CARE booths at various walks, conferences, and autism fairs.• Consulting to various school district special education programs around the country for needs based intervention. • Credentialed EIA Supervisor for TRICARE in South & West Regions
