I am a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Researcher and Strategist with Educational and Community Strategies. I have served as a passionate student-centered education professional for over 27 years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, adjunct professor, Director of Pre K, Director of Learning Supports and finally as the Director of Federal Programs. I strive daily to be a solid high achiever that possesses proven interpersonal and leadership abilities. I communicate effectively using strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
