I traveled to these accounts during their time of open enrollment and aided in the process of insurance plan selection. My responsibilities included the hiring, termination and promotion of staff members. I was comfortable in this position as I previously held a position as an industrial relations specialist for a unionized manufacturing plant.My high degree of motivation has been recognized by previous employers who have quickly promoted me to management positions.
