Employed by Koch Industries, Inc out of Wichita, Kansas since 1981. Koch is the greatest company in the world and still my home after 44years. And while us baby boomers are retiring at an ever increasing rate, I hope to continue this awesome journey for years to come. People often ask why I have stayed so long and the answer is pretty simple: culture, people, opportunity. I’ve been blessed thru the years with a wide range of opportunities, most recently with the Principle Based Management team working with leaders,supervisors, and all employees on our collective journey to self actualize in serving our customers, communities, and each other.
